I used to think that yoga was just a bunch of crazy poses that I couldn’t perfect and that made me sweat and feel uncomfortable.  When I re-discovered yoga in 2016, I realized just how wrong I was.

After nearly a decade of “doing yoga” on and off at different gyms and studios, life led me back to my original yoga teacher.  I have consistently practiced with her for the past 3 years, and in 2019, I completed my 200 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher Training.

The most profound thing I want to share with my students is that anyone can do yoga.

Yoga is so much more than those “crazy poses that make you sweat and feel uncomfortable”.

Yoga is connecting with yourself on a physical, mental and spiritual level.

Yoga is breathing. Yoga is meditating. Yoga is therapy. Yoga meets us where we are.

My classes are available to all levels of yoga practice in studio settings, schools and private lessons.

Mixing up the styles of classes that I teach allows for variation in poses and outcomes.  Typical Vinyasa flow is always a great place to start, but sometimes we need to focus on certain areas of the body—such as shoulders, hips or core.  Other times, we can do an assortment of our favorite poses to some really cool music!

Come to my classes and share your practice with me.

Just imagine what we can learn from each other.

The most profound thing I want to share with my students is that anyone can do yoga.
