


I am a Registered Yoga Teacher through the Yoga Alliance, and a graduate of FYB (Feel Your Best), a nationally recognized teacher training schools with a multi-style discipline. As a yoga devotee for over 10 years, I have extensive formal training in addition to continuing education in the field of health and wellness.
My practice is inspired by the Alignment principles of Anusara, the Core Strength principles of Forrest Yoga and most influenced by Duncan Wong, creator of the Yogic Arts System, “Inner Harmony through true self expression” a form of yoga integrating the core strengthening and joint conditioning elements of martial arts, fluidity and purification of Ashtanga and the healing touch of adjustments and massage.
I am currently teaching in the Milwaukee area, and I am grateful for the amazing influence that many teachers and students have had on me. Teaching others how to use yoga as a tool to deal with the stress of a busy lifestyle, to remain connected to their bodies, and to stay creative has been the driving force of my art. I do this by conveying the message that strength can be found by exploring weakness. This, along with an understanding of and appreciation for anatomy, guides my understanding of the body which serves as the foundation of my teaching style.
