I am a certified instructor and the ongoing learning is infinite. The lessons are always while the curiosity is fresh. I like the fun fact, I like delving deep into the muddy soil of anatomical wonder and exploring the slippery spaces of the in betweens. Yoga is for all of us, and I like to keep my interests in keeping it that way. I have fallen for it, a total yoga romantic; for the way it can invigorate and align your body on a plumb line; how it can be a tonic to circles and cycles; a clearing in the woods; a poetic weaver of history and tradition; a thousand petaled opening of discovery.
It's important to keep up with the schooling and I am pleased to study at Riverwest Yogashala with Peggy Hong in the Iyengar tradition, with Tias Little of Prajna Yoga, Jeanne-Marie Derrick in NYC, my mom, and the great community of people in Milwaukee."
