As a traveling yogi, Brigid discovered yoga while living abroad in Florence, Italy. It was here that she completed her training and attained her 200 hour teaching certification. As a competitive Irish Dancer for over twelve years, Brigid brings her awareness of body and breath, mind and movement to her classes. She encourages everyone to take time for themselves during their busy day to reconnect to their deeper purpose. Whether taking a class or taking a deep breath, Brigid aims to connect people to themselves and to others. Outside of the studio, Brigid enjoys riding her bike, reading, writing, trying new recipes, and planning her next adventure.
