Eric Perez

Eric is a Hatha-Alignment instructor, a great guide for any beginner seeking education on how to safely move the body without relying on flexibility. Likewise, he will challenge advanced practitioners to grow further in their yoga journey, reaching beyond the constructs of their comfort zone.

Hatha-Alignment is a slower paced style of yoga, that generates heat from holding postures for longer periods of time. It involves setting a strong foundation through proper alignment of the skeletal system, and toning minor muscle groups to help prevent injury.  

Guiding yoga practices for over a decade, Eric believes strongly in a balanced approach; balancing mind, body, and breath. In his delivery he not only guides through the physical postures but teaches breathing techniques, and ways to guide a body into meditation.
