I found yoga after an ACL repair took me away from my normal workout routine. I was someone who always loved a challenge. Something intense and fast-paced. From the outside, yoga seemed too “boring”. Little did I know, it would become one of the most challenging, yet rewarding, aspects of my life.
I started out by taking the free yoga classes offered at my college gym, and after about a year, sought out more challenging power vinyasa flows. After years of competitive soccer, high intensity gym workouts, and trying to trick myself into thinking I actually enjoyed cardio, I found myself stronger, healthier, and more in-touch with my body and mind than ever before…all because of yoga. I strive to create fun, unique, and challenging flows that will make you sweat and leave you feeling strong, energized, and refreshed.
