I am a passionate fitness and wellness junkie with a love for the outdoors and travel. I found yoga over 10 years ago as a way to connect mental and emotional health with physical health.
Yoga has transformed me in so many aspects of my life. Working as a healthcare professional I saw a need for healing in myself and others not just physically but mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
I have completed my 200+ hour teacher training through Yama Yoga where we learned the physical aspects of yoga asana along with traditions and deeper spiritual layers of yoga.
My practicing background of yoga is powerful vinyasa flow classes and my teaching style reflects this. My classes will provide you with a creative powerful flow along with meditation, stillness, and reflection. My goal is for you to leave my class feeling inspired and empowered as well as grounded and centered.
