Jesse has been practicing yoga since 2013. He completed his 200-hour teacher training in the beginning of 2014. Along with yoga, Jesse is a personal trainer. He first came to yoga for the physical practice and soon after he realized it’s much more than that. He found that yoga is a great compliment to training and more significantly, life. Life changes ever so frequently before us, so he finds himself on the mat finding his center to calm the mind of thoughts and the outside world. Yoga is living in the present moment, and not thinking but importantly, just being. You do have choices in your life to make, and whatever choices you make be happy with them. Yoga and life are continuous journeys, so begin to enjoy the ride.
