Yoga is the relationship that is built on trust between the body, the soul, and the breath to your own individual human spirit. It is creative freedom, a form of personal release, and discipline to keep your sense of self in the present moment. I grew up in Northern Michigan, where my yogic practices began in 2012 through meditation to express a similar release. I furthered my studies in the art of asanas and engaging in Buddhist philosophies shortly after. In 2019, I became certified through the Yoga Alliance, attending the 200HR teaching program held at YamaYoga Third Ward in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. I also instruct classes at Adventure Rock; aiming to guide individuals through their own freedom of expression, building strength and breathing techniques while being in tune with the vibrations from sound therapy.

In my free time I enjoy creating art and music, climbing, adventuring with my dog Sarge, graphic novels, attending musical events, and cooking/eating so feel free to share all your favorite plant based recipes with me!
