In 2003 yoga found me and I never want to stop. Each year my practice has grown in distinct ways culminating in RYT 200 registration and the joy sharing something special. Practices range from Rejuvenation to High Intensity, and cycle / stretch combination. My primary teaching style is slow flow Vinyasa which challenges and respects the individuality of each participant with assists to optimize any practice. The focus is mindfulness, peace, and fun with the only goal to feel better in some way (physically, emotionally, or spiritually) than when you arrived. Love sharing yoga to a wide range of students in studios, health clubs, businesses, schools, organizations, and individuals.
