It is pure joy for me to share my love of yoga with others. My heart smiles with the radiant and brilliant opening of body awareness and soul cleansing that yoga creates. I have always had an interest in health, wellness, fitness and spirituality. My first career as a nutritionist/registered dietitian allowed me to work with clients empowering them to improve their lives through healthier food choices. Yoga further expands for me the importance of holistic living. I finished my 200 hour Teacher Training in December 2008 through Feel Your Best Yoga. My style of teaching tends to be a hatha/vinyasa combination with appreciation of the precision and alignment of Iyengar. I continue to attend workshops, including just beginning an advanced 500 hour Yoga Teacher Training program. I have recently had the privilege to train with Dr. Richard Miller, becoming certified in Level 1 Yoga Nidra. I am incredibly grateful for my yoga journey and all the teachers and students I meet along the way!
