I came to yoga for the physical practice – for the benefits of increased flexibility, higher energy levels and overall strengthening. I have found so much more. Through my yogic study, I discovered an amazing connection between body, mind and spirit. I became aware of my thought patterns, physical sensations, conditioned behaviors and emotional responses. I found deep healing and integration through these shifts in my life. There is a depth of experience to be had in yoga, but each of us must walk the path ourselves. I am a student of Ryan Hader’s; his influence and guidance continue to inspire my journey as a yoga teacher. My goal as a yoga guide is to share the transformation and inspiration which yoga has illuminated for me. I am motivated by asking questions rather than giving answers and encourage my students to do the same.
