Mikayla is a Certified Yoga Instructor who teaches a beginner friendly Hatha style flow class combining deep breathing and longer holds in postures. Through adolescence, Mikayla discovered a passion for yoga, and has lived the lifestyle ever since. In her free time, Mikayla enjoys hiking, painting, and traveling. Mikayla continues to study different aspects of the art of movement and it's transformative benefits for the body to assist her students in tapping into their absolute potential.
