Since beginning a regular yoga practice in 2012 it continues to be the primary modality I use to slow down, communicate with self, and get to the core of everything both physically and mentally. It is my favorite way to sweat, move, and play. I completed my 200 hour Hatha YTT in 2018 at Yama Yoga in Milwaukee, Wisconsin under Marietta Pucillo with mentorship under Laura Rooney. This practice holds on to so much of what I value- community, openness, strength, compassion, gratitude. I am drawn to the ways that yoga transcends the studio, unblocks creative flow, and creates space for self expression and growth. My classes incorporate strong and focused sequencing based in Hatha Yoga and Alignment. Come as you are and have the opportunity to explore, center, and expand.
