Since beginning a regular yoga practice in 2012 it continues to be the primary modality I use to slow down, communicate with self, and get to the core of everything both physically and mentally. It is my favorite way to sweat, move, and play. I received my 200 hour Hatha YTT in 2018 and am inspired by remarkable teachers, mentors, and students. This practice holds on to so much of what I value- community, openness, strength, compassion, gratitude. I am drawn to the ways that yoga transcends the studio, unblocks creative flow, and creates space for self expression and growth. My classes incorporate strong and focused sequencing based in Hatha Yoga and Alignment. Accessible to all, come as you are, and have the opportunity to explore, grow, and expand. Yoga continues to be the best gift I give myself and it is a great pleasure to share it with others.
