My goal is to live as naturally, powerfully and joyously as possible. I aspire to help myself and other to embrace the obstacles of life. Becoming healthier, stronger and more flexible in our bodies, spirits and communities.

Trained as a dancer, I have come to see that the heart of an artist is that of a healer. I strive to be of service, giving and dancing with all my passions and talents and my community. I ground my classes in my understanding of the circle of life; We are not just "part" of nature, we are nature and the elements. We are made from the dust of stars. We are blessed by every breath of air we take in and release, energized by the love of the sun in every bite of food we eat. We are flowing with water in us and loved and supported by our earth with every step and action we take.

The classes I lead gently flow to mimic how we would live in our natural settings, this helps warm and loosen our bodies as well as keeps our minds relaxed and engaged. I blend my passion for loving our perfect selves and bodies and honoring the circle of life by supporting pregnant woman as a doula and in prenatal yoga classes.

Currently we are living in wild, blessed and scary times, with huge opportunities and amazing loving trends growing, but also with huge challenges; violence, community disconnection and disempowerment, many people dealing with chronic pain and loneliness and all of us threatened environmental degradation, global climate changes and off balance political system. I believe there is no separation between healing ourselves and our larger world. The deepest healing is nothing more than acceptance. Accepting that we are already perfect and deserving of love. Accepting all the gifts life gives us, even the painful ones, with open and loving hearts. My spiritual life has lead me to see every moment of life as a loving gift from the Great Spirit, God, Mother Earth and the Sun, The Universe.... To me the name does not matter, I just strive to accept the magical gift of life with grace, empathy and joy. This is the dance; the dance of joy and pain, the dance of acceptance and fight, the dance of in and out, the dance of birth and death. The dance of life.
