About Michelle: As a yoga devotee for over 15 years and a Yoga Alliance registered yoga teacher, she has extensive formal training and continuing education in the fields of health, wellness, yoga and Thai Massage. Her practice is inspired by the alignment principles of Anusara, the core strength principles of Forrest Yoga and her primary influence, Duncan Wong, creator of the Yogic Arts System, “Inner Harmony through true self expression” a form of yoga integrating the core strengthening and joint conditioning elements of martial arts, fluidity and purification of Ashtanga and the healing touch of adjustments and massage. She is currently teaching yoga in the Milwaukee area both private and public classes and sees clients for Thai Massage by appointment.
