Yoga for Balance

Balance is an important part of any yoga practice. It requires strength and concentration to maintain balance in any yoga posture. This workshop will provide tips for balance and time to practice different yoga postures for balance. We will work on strengthening muscles for balance as well as finding the concentration to balance in multiple poses.
